—-Under smooth anaesthesia by Dr Ibtehaj , caesarean section was done by Dr Asma yesteraday 10 feb 2026 giving birth to late preterm baby girl admitted in nursery under care of Dr Qudsia Huma , her hysterectomy done by Dr Qamar immediately after caesarean as already planned and post op medically managed by Dr sarfraz
Mashallah baby and mother both are fine and recovering fast Alhamdullilah

emergency laparoscopic resection of right tubal ruptured ectopic pregnancy by salpingectomy done consecutive treatment for intrauterine pregnancy of 8 week done , patient is stable mashallah

Mashallah by grace of Allah almighty our ventilator machine started working, A high risk patient ( multiple endocrine issues ) after surgery was placed on ventilator support for almost 4 hours and her vitals got stabilised and she gained her spontaneous respiration mashallah she is fine now

Mashallah our neonatal intensive care unit started working, our first baby boy B/O shumaila admitted yesterday (mother operated for severe gestational diabetes , fetal distress abnormal S/D ratio at 34 week gestation) under treatment of Dr Qudsia is mashallah fit and tolerating oral , will discharge tomorrow inshallah
