he Competent Authority has approved Five more buses for UOG Students on Sialkot, Daska, Gujranwala, Ghakhar, Sarai-Alamgir, and Kharian route, that will be operational by tomorrow morning. Three more buses will be added for the remaining route by Monday.

The candidates whose names were appeared in the 1st or 2nd merit lists for admissions (First Semester, Fall 2015) in various degree programs but they could not deposit their fee due to one reason or the other can deposit their fee till Tuesday, 27th October 2015.

(Candidates for the disciplines of Engineering, Architecture Design and Law Departments can not avail this opportunity since these disciplines are regulated in accordance with guide lines given by the relevant accreditation bodies.)

The Candidate shall collect his/her signed Fee Challan Form from the Chairperson/Head of Department and bring it to Bank of Punjab (BOP), University of Gujrat Branch. The candidate shall then deposit fee in BOP Branch-Hafiz Hayat Campus.

The candidate shall write an application for the Fee Transfer, attach original fee Challan and get it approved/allowed first by the Chairperson/HOD of the the department he/she wants to exit and then by the Chairperson/HOD of the department he/she wants to join.

Afterwards, candidate shall bring the application along with original fee Challan (s) to the Treasurer for further process. The Treasurer, after transferring the fee to the recipient department shall return the case to the same department.

NOTE: Last date for Fee transfer shall be 30th October 2015.
