Noor-e-Shifa Foundation Noor-e-Shifa Foundation, registered under Section 42 SECP, works for healthcare, education & livelihoods โ€” Transforming Communities, Enabling Futures.

NATURE OF FOUNDATION:
The Foundation shall be non-political, non-sectarian, non-governmental, not-for-profit, charitable organization It can get affiliated with other Welfare Foundation(s). EXISTING PROJECTS/PROGRAMS:
1. The foundation has set up one Medical Eye Care Centre with the aim to prevent and control of blindness by providing standard and sustainable eye care services with the provision of the following facilities:

a. Medical exanimation, diagnosis & treatment

b. Minor & complex operations / surgeries

c. Provision of medicines & Optical services

2. Free Medical Camps

3. Seminars/ Workshops on Health awareness

4. Social Surveys related to Human Eye Problems.

5. School Health Screening Program Especially for Afghan Refugees Camps (With The Coordination of Save the Children Haripur)

CEO Noor-e-Shifa Foundation Honored for Social Services in District Haripur

Haripur, August 14, 2025 โ€” On the occasion of Independence Day celebrations, Mr. Qaisar Ali Warsi, Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Noor-e-Shifa Foundation, was presented with an honorary shield in recognition of his valuable contributions toward the betterment of District Haripur and excellence in social services.

The shield was formally awarded by the Honorable Deputy Commissioner (DC) Haripur, Mr. Malik Waseem Ahmad, during the Independence Day ceremony.

The recognition reflects the continuous efforts of Noor-e-Shifa Foundation in the fields of education, basic health, and livelihood development, as well as its rapid humanitarian response during emergencies.
