Wizard
A person who performs magic is called a sorcerer. Magic is a combination of many things that lead to death in religion, such as seeking help from jinn and devils, fearing none other than Allah, abandoning trust in Allah, and trying to destroy people's interests and livelihood, etc. It is a cutting tool. It destroys its roots and foundations and is also the cause of quarrels and riots in families.
Witches and demons
Satan incites the sorcerer so that he may cast spells and cause pain and distress to the servants of Allah, so in this regard Allah the Exalted said:
So learn from them what they differentiate between a man and his wife.
They learn from them that (magic) by which they create separation between husband and wife.
Similarly, Allah Ta'ala says:
And they know what harms them and what does not benefit them.
They learn something (magic) that harms them and does not benefit them.
Magic is subject to God's permission.
Not all spells affect the bewitched. How many magicians have cast a complete spell on someone on their behalf but their magic has no effect on him. God says:
And what harm did they do to anyone except by Allah's command?
They cannot harm anyone through this (magic) without Allah's command.
While profit and loss are all in the hands of Allah Ta'ala, as it is said in the hadith of Hazrat Mu'adh (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said:
Know that even if the whole Ummah gathers to harm you, they cannot harm you except what Allah has written for you.
Characteristics of a wizard
The sorcerer is the most malevolent of all men, the most mischievous in body and the blackest in heart. A person who takes revenge from the society for no reason and has the worst traits and keeps telling lies and lies by telling false and self-made news to those who come to him. The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Satan puts this lie on the magician's tongue and he goes on to tell a hundred more lies."
Magician's disbelief
The magician's magic is not complete until he disbelieves in Allah. The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"He who practiced magic committed polytheism."
Magician's Love
A sorcerer is obsessed with wealth and deceives simple people to earn it. When Pharaoh asked the sorcerers to fight against Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him), he also demanded money from them. Allah informed them about this incident and said:
"The magician came to Pharaoh and said that if we prevail, we should be rewarded."
Connect people to the magician
Sorcery deceives others and invites them to polytheism. He orders those who come to him to slaughter animals in the name of other than Allah. The sorcerer deceives people and makes them believe that he knows the diseases and ailments of those who come to him, so that their hearts become attached to him and those who come to him are also deceived that he Also knows Quranic amulets. Verses to remove these diseases
Conflict between spouses and children's deviance
The sorcerer's loss affects the entire society and his actions are darkness upon darkness and darkness upon darkness. How many members of the society they have trapped in Shirk and they have faced many difficulties. Many happy and smiling families have been torn apart, witches have created a rift between two loving husbands and wives, and innocent children are forced to endure life's struggles as a result. Due to the quarrels of the parents, those children have become victims of perversion and depravity.
Eating wealth
These magicians make people suffer and suffer. How many healthy and fit people are there who are sick because of these magicians. How many poor and destitute people are buried under debt to recover the welfare taken by magicians and what huge sums of money have been stolen by magicians for their claims of occult knowledge and their supposed cures. have gone
Indulging in polytheism and disbelief
How many people have these sorcerers expelled from the religion because they confirm the unseen news given to them, although none knows the unseen except Allah. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"Whoever comes to a soothsayer or sorcerer or soothsayer and asks him about his father and considers his answer to be correct and confirms it, then he has revealed to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) Denied what happened (law and religion). He) committed blasphemy together.
Punishment of the sorcerer
The dangers of sorcerers on Muslims are greatly increased and their punishment is to cut their necks on their heads (from their heads) so that the society is protected from their evil. So Hazrat Umar Farooq Radiyallahu Anhu sent this decree.
While their punishment in the hereafter is hell. God says:
"And they knew that whoever bought such things (magic, etc.) had no share in the Hereafter."
Defects of Islam
Despite the obvious harm that magicians do to society and religion, you see how many people ruin their religion because they keep going to one magician after another. Muslims! He who knocks at the magician's door to cast a spell has sold his religion to the world and bought the darkness of his heart for the light of faith. And he who likes and likes an act is himself as guilty as the doer.
So it is mentioned in "Ten Violations of Islam": Whoever does this (magic) or agrees to it has committed disbelief.
And God says:
"And they knew that whoever bought such things (magic, etc.) had no share in the Hereafter."
Epidemic of Jealousy and Magic
One who goes to a sorcerer offends his Lord and oppresses His blessings. When he sees the blessings of Allah on others, he becomes so envious and jealous that he wants to deprive them of it through magic, and whoever casts magic on him will himself be punished. As Allah Almighty said:
"And cursed is the evil trick on him who treads on it."
Imam Ibn Kathir (may God have mercy on him) writes:
"That is, the evil of their magic and sorcery is only on their own heads and no one else."
Imam Muhammad bin Ka'b al-Qurzi says:
There are three things that whoever does them will not be saved until his evil is revealed to him, or injustice and sin are inflicted on him and he does not commit evil deeds against him. Do it. Be half hearted. So go, O addressee! Don't leave religion with fallen people like sorcerers by immortalizing someone and remember that this world is too short and soon you will have to make a clay brick head in a dark grave. Repent of your past sins and purify your heart from envy by doing goodness and kindness to others and do not bewitch them and untie the knot of sorcerers. Before Allah catches you.
The bewitched tyrant
The fascist is oppressed. It is quite possible that the blessing that was taken away from him due to someone's jealousy and magic, Allah Ta'ala will give him a greater blessing. Allah Ta'ala puts His servants to trials as He wills, so that if they are successful, He will grant them exaltation and erase their sins. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"For whom Allah wills good, He causes him (in the world) with some trouble and trouble."
The bewitched person should not be saddened by this affliction because Allah tests his believing servant by putting him to the test so that he makes him his close friend and does not get angry at this affliction and does not complain about it. Do not be disturbed by the sufferings ordained by Allah Ta'ala because it is possible that these sufferings and spells will become a source of happiness and prosperity for you. God says:
"It's no wonder what seems bad to you is good for you, and it's no wonder what seems good to you is bad for you."
Bad prayer of the tyrant
The evil supplication of the oppressed and the sorcerer is accepted by Allah. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Three supplications are undoubtedly accepted:
1. Prayer of the oppressed.
2. The traveler's prayer
3. And the evil prayer of the father against his son
If you act patiently and fear Allah, then a good end will be your destiny.
Prayers to ward off witchcraft
Dua of Dhul-Nun
You should keep reciting Dhul-Noon of Hazrat Yunus (peace be upon him) frequently and the supplication for him is this verse:
There is no god but Allah Annta subhank inni Kunto mina zalmeen.
Translation: There is no god but You, then He is pure (and) surely I am among the transgressors.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
Whoever asks for this dua, Allah will surely accept his dua.
Allama Ibn Qayyim writes:
This is a proven version, so whoever recites it seven times, Allah Ta'ala will accept his supplication.
Prayer for protection from trouble
Also, keep your language sharp with these words:
Inna lilla wa inna alia rajioon, may Allah reward the afflicted and afflicted with goodness.
Translation: We all belong to Allah and to Him we must return. O Allah! Save me from this trouble of mine and give me a better reward.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
Repentance and forgiveness
Whoever makes this supplication, Allah saves him from this calamity and bestows him with something better.
Keep repenting and asking for forgiveness often, thanks to this all your sorrows will be removed and all your worries will be removed.
If you come forward to your Lord while you are oppressed, it is far better than if you come to Him while you are oppressed and return to Allah and make Him your friend and seek forgiveness abundantly. Do and keep praying. Salvation from Allah Almighty is very near and never despair of Allah's mercy.
Repentance advice
Whoever wronged his own soul by going to sorcerers and priests and harmed others by being seduced by his own soul, then he should immediately stop these actions that corrupt the religion and repent of this great crime. Turn to Allah and follow the path of the repentant people and avoid the paths of those magicians and sorcerers.
Allah Ta'ala says:
{{quote|And the magician does not come from nowhere and succeed.
Far away from divine calamities
A person who is close to Allah is far away from calamities and sufferings. And to keep mentioning Allah a lot is the reason to prevent magic from happening, and performing the Fajr prayer in congregation is a fortress to avoid evil and suffering, and Surah Baqarah is a surah with many blessings.
The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
The Muawzityn
Recite Surah Al-Baqarah, reciting it is a source of blessing and abandoning it is a cause of sorrow and regret, and false worshipers (magicians) cannot afford it.
Recitation of the last two surahs of the Holy Qur'an (Qul Awzu Barb al-Falq and Qal Awzu Barb Naas) also becomes an obstacle in the way of magic. In this regard, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) addressed Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir (RA) and said:
Seek the refuge of Allah with these two surahs (Mu'awzteen), no one who seeks refuge can find anything like them.
Allama Ibn Qayyim writes:
That the need for Muslims to seek refuge in Allah through these two surahs is more than the need to breathe, eat, drink and wear clothes.
Surah Al-Baqara and Ajwa
Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah at night, they are enough to protect him from evil and calamities throughout the night. Likewise, eating seven seeds of a date called Ajawa in the morning prevents witchcraft. Therefore, the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him):
He who eats seven seeds of Ajwa date in the morning will not be affected by magic and poison on that day.
Song and music and magic
Avoid sins and all kinds of music, it is a great tool to attract demons into homes. When a servant's stomach is empty of divine remembrance and he worships his Lord very little and he does not even recite the Holy Quran, then the sorcerer's attack will be on him very quickly.
Therefore, read the Qur'an frequently and keep your time busy with the remembrance of Allah and the worship of Allah. Holy Qur'an is the cure for all kinds of diseases and remembrance of Allah protects the servant from all the tormenting things, opens the chest and heart and leads to satisfaction of the heart (peace of heart).
God says:
Beware! Remembrance of Allah brings peace and contentment to the hearts.
