if you really want change, positive change in the hospital of KP take the following steps.
1) Strengthen the district levels hospital , increase the capability and capacity in terms of facilities including specialized physicians, ICUs , HDUs bed placement, increased clinical staff to accommodate most of patients locally ,
2) enforce the referral policy of patients through proper channel and enforce that the first hospital manager will be responsible for arrangements of transportation of patients with skill nurse or doctor, to control the burden on tertiary care hospital, (most of patients who admitted in those hospital, can be managed in district level hospitals.
3) enforce 8 hours compulsory daily base duty for all hospital employee including doctors, nurses and support staff at DHQs level to perform their duty not to just pass or spent 72 hours in hospital and then leave the hospital for 15 days , (hospital duty is stressful duty ,human body has doesn't have the capability to serve in the hospital at once to perform the duty for 15 days.
It is the observation of a health care employee who has 15 years experience..
