Women and Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is very common in women - and is often caused by the HPV virus - which is why the HPV vaccine plays an important role in preventing this virus - and is usually given to girls between the ages of 9 and 14 -

Like other vaccines, some people may experience sore throats, burning, heartburn, headaches, or dizziness as common side effects - Some propagandists say that it makes women fertile or increases sexual desire, but this is unproven -

After the age of 21, women should have a Pap smear test every five years to protect themselves from the spread of this cancer

Positive and Negative Anxiety

Most people experience one of two states before an exam, test, or interview - In the first state, their brain is so focused on their task that they forget about other things - this is called positive anxiety, which benefits the person -

In the second state, people are under pressure due to anxiety and their thoughts completely stop, all their words are scattered in their brains and they feel like they don't remember anything - this is called negative anxiety, in which a person loses their patience before the exam -

In fact, medically, in positive anxiety, two hormones, adrenaline and norepinephrine, are released quickly, due to which the person's focus on their task increases - then the stress hormone is released, but it is very short-lived, so it does not contain these other two hormones and the brain does not lose its ability to make decisions. -

This process also occurs in negative anxiety, but the stress hormone cortisol remains for a long time and it contains these first two hormones - The fear center (amygdala) hijacks the thought or intellect center (prefrontal cortex)
And causes the person's entire focus to be disrupted -

With this, the heart rate increases, the memory is scattered, negative thoughts occupy the person's mind and expose themselves to failure before the exam -

If a person knows that he is facing negative anxiety - then he should forget the old words - take a deep breath - change the negative thought and give himself the courage to succeed - keep successful people in mind and restore self-confidence -

When you block the path to negative thoughts - the stress hormone cortisol's grip weakens, the decision center takes back the power from the fear center, then our focus returns and Increase your patience - this is a chain whose head is the stress hormone. If you control it, you will be successful in every field.

Gallbladder Surgery

Many people who have an ultrasound and find stones in their gallbladder - doctors tell them to have an operation - and then if they have pain from time to time, then they definitely tell them - people also think that this gallbladder is an excess, so they should have an operation -

Although the gallbladder is very necessary for the body - it contains a kind of fluid or bile, and when you eat fat, this bile combines with the fat and helps in its digestion -

In addition, its presence is necessary for the absorption of many vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E and K - without it, these vitamins are very poorly digested -

If there is gallbladder, there will also be problems in digesting fat and your body will remain weak - if you increase fat, you will face stomach and digestive diseases throughout your life, so fat will do harm instead of benefit -

Gastrointestinal stones are 100% harmless - If your gallbladder is full of stones and you are not experiencing any permanent pain, do not undergo surgery -

If you experience occasional pain, it means that the stones are moving with your body position and are stuck in the gallbladder - So you should stand or lie down on your back, the pain will decrease or go away - If the pain is severe, you can also use painkillers -

When doing an ultrasound, it is necessary to have an ultrasound of the gallbladder with the needle inserted - to see how much the stone is moving - In addition, a standing ultrasound is sometimes very useful - because if the stone is not completely fixed in the gallbladder, it will change its position -

If necessary, you can follow up - If the stone is not moving in its place If the pain persists or if the pain is constant, then surgery is necessary -

Scientists have discovered that how you breathe is almost as unique as your fingerprint. By analyzing breathing patterns, researchers can identify people with about 97% accuracy. Even more surprising, your breath might reveal your body mass index (BMI), whether you’re awake or asleep, and even hints about mental health like anxiety or depression.

In a study, volunteers wore a small device under their noses for a full day while going about their activities. Algorithms tracked 24 subtle features of their breathing, like inhale length and pauses between breaths. The results showed each person’s breathing pattern was distinct—even after two years, these patterns stayed consistent.

They also found that people with higher anxiety had shorter inhales and more pauses during sleep. This suggests a two-way link—anxiety affects breathing, but breathing styles might also influence anxiety. If so, learning to breathe differently could improve mental health.

Researchers are now working to make the device smaller and more comfortable for everyday use. While it still needs tweaks, this study opens exciting possibilities—from new biometric ID methods to mental health tools.

🧠 Surprising Discovery: Parasite Silences Pain to Invade Undetected

Scientists have uncovered a remarkable survival strategy used by the parasitic worm Schistosoma mansoni: it can silence pain and itch signals in human skin, allowing it to slip into the body unnoticed.

🪱 How It Works
- S. mansoni produces molecules that suppress TRPV1+ neurons, which are responsible for sending pain, heat, and itch signals to the brain.
- These neurons normally act as the body’s alarm system, triggering immune responses when the skin is breached.
- By blocking TRPV1+ activity, the worm avoids detection and immune reaction, making its entry painless and stealthy.

🌍 Global Impact
- This parasite infects over 250 million people worldwide, especially in Africa, South America, and the Middle East.
- Infection occurs when people come into contact with contaminated freshwater—during activities like swimming or washing clothes.

💊 Medical Potential
- Researchers believe this discovery could lead to:
- New painkillers that mimic the worm’s nerve-silencing molecules.
- Preventative creams to block infection.
- Alternatives to opioid-based pain treatments, offering safer options for chronic pain management.

🧪 Experimental Evidence
- In lab tests, mice infected with S. mansoni showed reduced sensitivity to heat, confirming the worm’s ability to impair pain-sensing neurons.

What is true?

Blood pressure medication!
Sugar pills!
Cholesterol drugs!
Stomach medicine!
Power pills!
Pain medication!
Depression medication!
And other drugs!

These are the foods - which our people eat regularly for treatment - but can you show me a person who has recovered from her illness due to these medicines?

But I can show you hundreds of people who have completely lost their sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc. just because of proper diet and exercise.

Now, some experts will say the language of the owners of the companies - that if these diseases were controlled with these drugs, many would be dead by now - so the question arises, who made these patients fall into this trap?

They don't let these people die because - because these people are their farmland - if they die, where will they farm - and they don't let them live a healthy life because then who will they do business with -

Some people who have been caught in this trap and have eaten their age - they are now out of exercise and food control - but those who are young can save themselves and their future generation from this fattened trap -

Your time, your money, your health and even your life are at stake - just think
