Let me tell bout about myself and the work I did with people I see in my location. I did Masters In Applied Psychology & Gender Studies from BZU & Islamia, Multan South Punjab, Pakistan, I have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist since 2015. I initially encouraged in Islamabad, Pakistan in Newlife healthcare providers, then started my own clinic and online services. I work with a range of psychological issues, ranging from low mood, anxiety, and stress, through to relationship difficulties and struggles at work (procrastination, lack of confidence). I am a Coaching and online clinical Psychologist, I work with problems at various levels of severity. I use several 'talking therapies' with clients, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and more. I am decision-driven and work with people in a down-to-earth, approachable way. I operate with people online in different parts of the world and see people in person when they get to my clinic in DHA phase II, Islamabad.
