Community Dentistry Department, School of Dentistry, SZABMU, in collaboration with Colgate Pakistan, organized an Encouragement & Recognition Session to honor outstanding academic achievements. Dr. Fatima Humayune and Dr. Saba Gull, for securing top positions in Community Dentistry and Periodontics in the final professional exams, were awarded medals, certificates, and cash prizes as a token of appreciation by Dr Bilal Ahmed and Dr Farooq Ahmad for their dedication and hard work.

The Department of Orthodontics is conducting a one-day hands-on training workshop for dentists on screening resonance disorders, in collaboration with the Department of Speech & Language Pathology. This interactive session will cover basic screening tools, practical demonstrations, and interdisciplinary approaches. The workshop will be held on 27th May from 8:30 to 11:00 AM in Lecture Hall 04. Open to both general and specialist dentists. No registration fee.

A highly successful workshop on Nitrous Oxide Inhalation Sedation was conducted on February 1, 2025, at School of Dentistry, SZABMU, bringing together 30 participants from various cities across the country. The session provided an in-depth understanding of sedation techniques, ensuring both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience under expert guidance of Dr Miraat Anser. Attendees had the opportunity to refine their skills, enhance patient care practices, and engage in interactive discussions.
