I was always overweight, when I was born at that time I was overweight but since i was a chubby little child everyone used to love me as soon as i grew up i faced the same issue till i was 21, my weight was 136kgs and I was facing multiple health issues. I decided to loose my weight seriously this time. Before this I spent my entire teenage going to gym, doing diet, eat and drink various weight loss meals and drinks, took couple of medications went through numerious test and the thing which hurted me the most was always getting bullied by the society, my friends and even my relatives. My breaking point was when I went for shopping and three ladies mature ladies i must say pointed at me in the middle of the middle market not only made fun of me but laughed hilariously which made me embarrased so much that I did not even wanted to look at myself in the mirror. By the grace of Allah, I moved to Prague, Czech Republic where I was blessed to step out thie society, where people and friends never bullied me because of my weight, where they loved me as I was. Anyway I made up my mind while leaving Pakistan to opt for a healty life style and to transform myself. After struggling with my eating habbits and lazy routine, I managed to be organized eat healty, organic and fresh plus I was studying nutrition so it helped me making diet plans according to my needs. In 2 years I succeed in loosing 69kgs, from 136kgs i made it to 67kgs which was like a dream come true for me. When I came back to Pakistan everyone was amazed shocked and I was totally in the limelight. Those relatives and people who used to judge me, make fun of me started admiring me, used to ask me about tips and tricks for weightloss!

Hello everyone
Hope you guys are doing well.
I'm a Dietitian/nutritionist and I just don't understand how to refuse people for free diet plans and everyone requires detail sessions for it. What to say to people saying bs Thora sa guide kr dain.... And Allah ka wasta ha, ap ka Kya jye ga balbalbal and same people going out there and buying a single jora for 10k, 15k and all. And then there are people saying I can't afford it so ap wasa hi da dain... Sometimes I'm ok with it( if someone can't afford and is in genuine need for the diet plan) but I can't do it for everyone.
Why you people want free services from Dietitians?
I offer professional services like everyone else.
Please suggest me what to do with such people and people who start cursing for not giving free diet plan ....
