Knee pain with bending the knee?

Knee pumping can really help with knee pain when you’re sitting on your knees because it gets the blood flowing better in that area. More blood flow means more oxygen and nutrients get to your tissues, which can help heal and ease pain. It’s also about getting that joint fluid moving. This fluid helps your knee move smoothly, and keeping it flowing can help with swelling and stiffness.

Gentle movements with knee pumping can also keep your knee muscles and ligaments strong and flexible. This is great because strong muscles and flexible ligaments give your knee more support, which might help cut down on pain. Plus, moving around a bit can keep your knee from getting stiff, especially if you’ve been sitting in the same spot for a while.

And there’s something to be said for the simple act of doing something proactive about your pain. It can make you feel a bit better mentally, which is always a plus. But remember, if knee pumping makes your pain worse, or if the pain doesn’t go away, it’s a good idea to check in with a doctor to make sure everything’s okay.

Try doing 15 reps of 3 sets two to 3 times per day.
