If you follow my exercise plans, you would probably be familier with the exercise shown in the picture below.
This is a "Bird-Dog" or "quadruped alternating arm leg extension" ,a stability exercise which is great as it works on driving hip extension with proper core stability !

👉Keep your spine in an alignment, straight
👉Do not excessively extend you leg, and neck nor should you arch your back.
👉keep your core engaged while you try to get a grip on this one !

Diastasis Recti (DR) Signs and symptoms:
👉🏻You can’t get your belly flat or you still look pregnant. You might have DR. Other causes: excess abdominal fat, bloating.
👉🏻You see a ridge/dome form down the center of your abs during certain movements. This happens because the muscle is separated and the connective tissue in between is thin and weakened.
👉🏻Suffer from lower back pain, a weak core, or a weak pelvic floor (the pelvic floor and core are closely related) .
✅The majority of women can improve/heal their DR with corrective exercises. But it also takes overhauling the way you breath, sit, move, and function throughout your day.

Precaution : Consult your physio before trying any exercise on your own !
