If you follow my exercise plans, you would probably be familier with the exercise shown in the picture below.
This is a "Bird-Dog" or "quadruped alternating arm leg extension" ,a stability exercise which is great as it works on driving hip extension with proper core stability !
👉Keep your spine in an alignment, straight
👉Do not excessively extend you leg, and neck nor should you arch your back.
👉keep your core engaged while you try to get a grip on this one !
