If you notice that all the recipes have banana it’s because banana have a little more carbs than the other fruits and veggies and that way l don’t get headaches plus it keeps me full.

Breakfast!
Beet juice + Coffee about 60 calories

Lunch smoothie:
1 small banana
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 glass of ice
1/2 glass of water
About 270 calories

Snack
1 banana, a few strawberries
About 150 calories

Dinner smoothie:
1 small orange
1 small banana
1 cup spinach
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 glass of water and some ice
About 300 calories
