( علامات اور احتیاطی تدابیر )

گرمی لگ جانے کی علامات:
سر میں درد ہونا، چکر آنا، بھوک کم لگنا ، دل گھبرانا، پینے کی شدت، جلد کا زرد یا چپا ہونا۔ بازو، ٹانگوں اور معدے کا درد نبض اور سانس میں تیزی، 38 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ یا اس سے زیادہ درجہ حرارت۔

اگر کسی کو گرمی لگ جائے :
✧انہیں ٹھنڈے مقام پر منتقل کر دیا جائے۔
✧ لٹا دیں اور پیروں کو تھوڑا سا اٹھائیں۔
✧ کثرت سے تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے پانی پلائیں۔
✧جلد کو ٹھنڈا کریں۔ پانی کی پٹیاں کریں اورپنکھے کی ہوا دیں
✧بغلوں یا گردن کے گرد کولڈ پیک بھی اچھےہیں۔
✧متاثرہ مریض کو اکیلا نہ ۔

گرمی سے بچنے کی تدابیر :

✧ ٹھنڈے پانی سے نہائیں۔
✧ ہلکے رنگ کا کھلا لباس پہنیں۔
✧ چہرے اور کپڑوں پر پانی ڈالیں۔
✧ گرمی کے اوقات میں غیر ضروری باہر نکلنے سے پرہیز کریں۔
✧ زیادہ ورزش سے پر ہیز کریں۔
✧ طب یونانی میں روایتی طور پر سکنجبین، شربت بزوری فالسہ، آلو بخارا کے مشروبات اور تخم بالنگو، گوند کتیرا وغیرہ کااستعمال گرمی کے مضر اثرات سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔

گرمی کی تیز لہر ہماری زندگیوں پر تباہ کن اثرات ڈال سکتی ہے۔ سخت گرمی کے دنوں میں اپنے آپ کو اور اپنے پیاروں کو محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے ان اقدامات کو اپنائیں:

پانی کا استعمال بڑھائیں: دن بھر پانی پیتے رہیں، خاص طور پر جب آپ گھر سے باہر ہوں۔
سایہ دار جگہ پر رہیں: دوپہر کے وقت گھر کے اندر یا کسی سایہ دار جگہ پر رہیں۔
ڈھیلے اور ہلکے کپڑے پہنیں: ایسے کپڑے پہنیں جو سانس لینے دیں اور آپ کو ٹھنڈا رکھیں۔
سورج سے بچاؤ: باہر نکلتے وقت سن اسکرین، چشمے اور ٹوپی کا استعمال کریں۔
بھاری کھانوں سے پرہیز کریں: ہلکا اور تازہ کھانا کھائیں تاکہ آپ کی توانائی برقرار رہے۔
بچوں اور بزرگوں کا خاص خیال رکھیں: وہ زیادہ حساس ہوتے ہیں اور ان کو خصوصی توجہ کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔
یاد رکھیں، آپ کی حفاظت آپ کے اپنے ہاتھ میں ہے۔ ان آسان اقدامات کو اپنا کر آپ خود کو اور اپنے خاندان کو گرمی کی شدت سے محفوظ رکھ سکتے ہیں۔ احتیاط کریں، پانی پیئیں، اور محفوظ رہیں!
