_College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Jhang, Blood Donation Drive for Thalassemia patients🩸_

__We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Blood Donation Camp and Awareness Seminar for thalssemia patients organized by the Blood Donation Society CVAS Jhang_In collaboration with Rotary Club Jhang and Sundus Foundation Pakistan, this event aimed to raise awareness about thalassemia and promote voluntary blood donations._ _

_We were honored to_ _have Air Vice Marshal (R) Aftab Hussain, Director Sundus Foundation Pakistan, as our esteemed chief guest, adding prestige to our cause._ __

_A heartfelt shout-out to the incredible students of CVAS who, inspired by their commitment to service and faith, donated blood for the sake of Allah Almighty. They've truly proven themselves as real__ __heroes, embodying the spirit of compassion and selflessness. 🦸‍♂️_

رمضان کا مہینہ جہاں خوشیاں، برکتیں اور رحمتیں لاتا ہے وہیں وہ تھیلیسیمیا میجرز کی زندگی میں تھوڑی سی آزمائش بھی لے کے آتا ہے۔

رمضان میں بلڈ ڈونیشن کم یا یوں کہیں نا ہونے کی وجہ سے تھیلیسیمیا میجرز کو بلڈ نہیں ملتا۔ اور وہ رمضان اور عید صحت اور خوشی کے ساتھ نہیں گزار پاتے۔

میری نوجوانوں سے درخواست ہے رمضان میں تھیلیسیمیا میجرز کو خاص یاد رکھیں۔ رمضان میں ان کے لیے خون کا عطیہ ضرور دیں۔ اپنی خوشیوں میں ان کو بھی شامل کریں۔

Blood Donation Society (BDS) CVAS JHANG organised an awareness walk on "World Blood Donation Day" June 14, 2022. A seminar was also conducted in this regard under the kind directions of Dr. Tariq Hussain, Convener BDS CVAS JHANG (Associate Professor, Pharmacology)..
This event serves to raise awareness of the need for safe donations of blood and blood products and to thank voluntary, unpaid blood donors for their life-saving gifts of blood..
The global theme of World Blood Donation Day changes each year in recognition of the selfless individuals who donate their blood for people unknown to them..
