Khan Intesar Khan, Dr. Aftab Ahmad Ch and Dr. Hafeez ur Rehman are the founders of this organisation. Al-Karam General Hospital has developed various departement;
Pulmonology , Neonatology and Paediatrics, General Medicine, General Surgery, Obs and Gynaecology, and Orthopedics. A modern and well equipped Nursery, Operation Theatre and a diagnostic Lab is attached with the hospital. Moreover a Modern Pharmacy is available for the patients.
