Are you just walking to lose weight, so read⬇️

Many people just do walk and think they will lose weight and fortunately they see results of that but its a quick fix and will give you temporary results. Only walking is not good for losing weight but you have to look on overall health.

The main culprit if you are suffering from obesity and weight gain is insulin resistance. One have high insulin levels in body which is often times ignored and not get tested for that. Insulin is a fat storage harmone and if you have sedentary lifestyle, eating all the time junk and because of physical inactivity you may gain weight.

Instead of just walking one must adjust calories, eay high protein diet and do strenght training. Strenght training is essential for weight loss journey as it makes you insulin sensitive and lower insulin levels. Muscles are crucial for metabolism boost and overall longetivity.
