17 year male , osteolytic lesion , biopsy proven high grade Conventional Osteosarcoma. Tumor abutting neurovascular structures. Plan. Adjuvant chemotherapy WMR +Megaprosthesis/Long Nail later on resection Arthrodesis. +/- High femoral amputation. Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy.

17 year girl, Hx of pain in right knee region for last 8 months, X.ray showing lytic lesion in right distal femur.
1. What is differential diagnosis?
2. What will be the Management?

Osteolytic lesion in distal forearm and wrist; in first x.ray we can't clearly define the exact location /origin of the lesion, but after 3 doses of injection Denasumab 120 mg subcutaneously, there is calcification and clear outline of the lesion in distal Ulna. Now patient's pain has subsided, resection will be easier in this patient after injection Denasumab.
