The patient presented us with the complaint of a very unaesthetic crown over her dental implant. She had her wedding soon and wanted to improve her smile.
In dentistry, one of the most difficult job is to replace a single front tooth especially if it's protruded (more forward than other teeth ), and also over an implant abutment.
We tried our best to replicate it as close as possible to natural teeth. The patient was satisfied after the first trial but we were not and we commanded the lab for horizontal lines on the crown to mimic the adjacent tooth. It took us 3 trials but the end result was satisfactory.
