Osteoporosis is a disease that weakens bones to the point where they break easily .It is is mostly occurs in hip ,spine and wrist bone .
Osteoporosis is a “silent disease” because you may not notice any changes until a bone breaks.
The risk of osteoporosis grows as you get older. At the time of menopause, women may lose bone quickly for several years.
If you have osteoporosis, avoid activities that involve twisting your spine or bending forward from the waist.

Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, affecting millions of people worldwide.Osteoarthritis symptoms can usually be managed, although the damage to joints can't be reversed. Staying active, maintaining a healthy weight and receiving certain treatments might slow progression of the disease and help improve pain and joint function.
Physical therapy. A physical therapist can show you exercises to strengthen the muscles around your joint, increase your flexibility and reduce pain. Regular gentle exercise that you do on your own, such as swimming or walking, can be equally effective.

There are two major type of arthritis which include osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis .
OA is a degenerative joint disease that causes articular cartilage loss and joint space narrowing whereas RA is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammatory synovitis which mostly occurs in small joints.
OA occurs in unilateral where as RA in the bilateral joints of the body .
