Sujok Therapy is a healing methodology based on Acupressure and is a simple method that produces highly effective results. In Sujok therapy, the palm and foot represent all the active points in the body corresponding to all the organs or parts of the human body.

HIJAMA THERAPY:-
It is also known as vacuum cupping, horn treatment etc. It is a practice in which the therapist puts special cups on the skin to create suction. This causes the tissue beneath the cup to be drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area.
اسے ویکیوم کپنگ، حجامہ سنگی، ہارن ٹریٹمنٹ وغیرہ کے نام سے بھی جانا جاتا ہے۔ یہ ایک ایسی مشق ہے جس میں تھراپسٹ سکشن بنانے کے لیے جلد پر خصوصی کپ لگاتا ہے۔ اس کی وجہ سے کپ کے نیچے ٹشو کھینچا جاتا ہے اور پھول جاتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے متاثرہ جگہ میں خون کے بہاؤ میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔
