The sense of loss made me more cautious about my own health. I wanted to be around my loved ones, living the best quality life possible, and enabling them to do the same. I strongly felt that health was the best gift I could give my family and myself! With my medical background, I extensively researched preventive medicine literature, and saw the fascinating correlation between diet and disease. I was amazed how natural dietary interventions are one of the best ways to prevent chronic disease.My passion for this area grew with my own lifestyle changes, and I decided to make a bigger change. I resigned from my job as Collector of Customs; got qualified and trained from the UK and USA; and started practicing nutrition consulting as a full-time career. I want to help people make sound food choices so they can optimize their physical and mental health, as well as adopt life-long healthy eating patterns.
