Shifa-ul-Mulk Memorial Hospital (SUMMH) organized a Heatwave Awareness Week for 300 students at Hamdard Village School. The program educated students on heatwave symptoms, hazards, and prevention through interactive sessions and activities.

Activities included homemade rehydration solutions and refreshing drinks, making learning engaging and fun. The event featured esteemed chief guests, including Honorable Dean "Prof. Dr. Faisal Haider Zaidi", Prof. Dr. Ahsana Dar Farooq, Tabiba Syma Ghayas, and Dr. Hk Sheeraz Mohammad Siddiqui, who appreciated the initiative and encouraged future community-based activities.

Special thanks to Tabiba Huma Sayeed, Lecturer, Faculty of Eastern Medicine, and Tabiba Umme Hani, Manager, Medical Affairs, along with the team of house officers for their efforts in making this program a success.

Achievements and celebrations are deeply rooted in the human experience. Setting up milestones and getting there step by step is as joyful as enjoying the experience of overall human growth. We, at the Shifa Ul Mulk Memorial Hospital celebrated the 21st anniversary along with the blessed Eid Ul Fitar at the same time. Indeed it was an immense pleasure and feeling of gratitude to be a part of this powerful and most honored event. The respected Vice Chancellor along with his management team of senior members, including The Registrar, Director Center of Excellence, Director Administration and Dean Faculty of Eastern Medicine grace the occasion and showed his respect for work done by management of hospital and staff.

The event was organized by the team shifa on 17th April, 2025, a cake cutting ceremony was held followed by the lunch. All guests and team members of Shifa Ul Mulk enjoyed the event and prayed for more successful years of community service ahead. The Vice Chancellor congratulated the organizers and emphasized the need for continuous betterment of services and professionalism
