ڈائلیسس کیا ہے

ڈائلیسس ایک طبی طریقۂ علاج ہے جو اس وقت استعمال کیا جاتا ہے جب گردے اپنا کام صحیح طرح انجام دینے کے قابل نہ رہیں۔ ہمارے گردے خون کو صاف رکھتے ہیں، فاضل مادّے، زہریلے مواد اور اضافی پانی کو جسم سے باہر نکالتے ہیں۔
جب گردے کمزور یا ناکام ہو جائیں تو یہ کام ڈائلیسس مشین انجام دیتی ہے۔

ڈائلیسس کیوں ضروری ہوتا ہے؟⚠️⚠️⚠️
ڈائلیسس اس لیے ضروری ہوتا ہے کیونکہ:
گردے خون کو صاف نہیں کر پاتے
جسم میں زہریلے مادّے جمع ہونے لگتے ہیں
اضافی پانی جسم میں رک جاتا ہے
بلڈ پریشر بڑھ سکتا ہے
جان کو خطرہ لاحق ہو سکتا ہے

ڈائلیسس کیسے کام کرتا ہے؟🏥
ڈائلیسس میں:
خون کو جسم سے باہر نکالا جاتا ہے
ایک خاص فلٹر (جسے ڈائلیزر کہا جاتا ہے) کے ذریعے صاف کیا جاتا ہے
فاضل مادّے اور اضافی پانی نکال دیا جاتا ہے
صاف خون دوبارہ جسم میں واپس ڈال دیا جاتا ہے
یہ عمل بالکل ویسے ہی کام کرتا ہے جیسے صحت مند گردے کام کرتے ہیں۔

ڈائلیسس کی اقسام⚠️
1. ہیموڈائلیسس (Hemodialysis)
یہ زیادہ تر اسپتال یا ڈائلیسس سینٹر میں ہوتا ہے
خون مشین کے ذریعے صاف کیا جاتا ہے
عموماً ہفتے میں 2 سے 3 بار کیا جاتا ہے
ہر سیشن تقریباً 4 گھنٹے کا ہوتا ہے
2. پیریٹونیل ڈائلیسس (Peritoneal Dialysis)
یہ ڈائلیسس گھر پر بھی کیا جا سکتا ہے
پیٹ کے اندر موجود جھلی (پیریٹونیم) کو فلٹر کے طور پر استعمال کیا جاتا ہے
ایک خاص محلول پیٹ میں ڈالا اور نکالا جاتا ہے
روزانہ یا دن میں کئی بار کیا جاتا ہے

کیا ڈائلیسس مکمل علاج ہے؟🫘
نہیں، ڈائلیسس گردوں کا مکمل علاج نہیں بلکہ گردوں کے کام کا متبادل ہے۔
کچھ مریضوں کے لیے گردے کی پیوند کاری (Kidney Transplant) مستقل حل ہو سکتی ہے، لیکن تب تک ڈائلیسس ضروری ہوتا ہے۔
