FUTÉ Skincare is hiring a Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, development, and ex*****on across all channels. This role is ideal for someone with a background in social sciences (Bachelor’s degree or A-levels) who understands consumer behavior and communication, and can build a skincare brand that is emotionally resonant, visually consistent, and strategically sound.
You will be responsible for building FUTÉ’s brand identity, driving its growth, monitoring performance, and aligning all efforts with market realities and consumer expectations.
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and Define Brand Identity
Develop and manage FUTÉ’s brand values, voice, and visual direction.
Create and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing and design materials.
Translate strategic goals into a clear and compelling brand experience.
2. Lead Brand Strategy
Develop brand roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives.
Oversee brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.
Ensure the brand remains consistent and recognizable across all channels.
3. Develop Branding Tactics
Plan and execute branding activities including packaging, storytelling, collaborations, and partnerships.
Align tactical branding work with overall strategic direction.
Maintain balance between creative expression and commercial impact.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive audits to identify positioning opportunities.
Stay informed on consumer trends, skincare innovations, and industry shifts.
Analyze competitors’ messaging, pricing, and product strategies to inform brand decisions.
5. Data Analysis & Brand Reporting
Track and evaluate brand performance data (awareness, loyalty, perception, etc.).
Use qualitative and quantitative research to refine branding efforts.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
6. Digital & E-commerce Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (website, product pages, social media, email).
Support performance marketing and e-commerce with brand-aligned content.
Monitor evolving digital trends and user behavior to adjust brand strategy.
7. Content & Campaign Oversight
Lead the direction and ex*****on of campaigns across digital, print, and experiential formats.
Supervise development of visual and written brand content.
Maintain storytelling quality across all communications.
8. Product Branding & Packaging
Develop naming, messaging, and packaging that reflect brand standards.
Guide creative teams and vendors to deliver consistent product branding.
Ensure consumer-first packaging experiences.
Requirements
Academic background in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or similar).
3+ years of experience in brand management or strategy, preferably in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology, branding systems, and strategic storytelling.
Experience in data analysis, brand research, and performance reporting.
Ability to stay updated on relevant digital and market trends without losing brand focus.
Strong grasp of e-commerce branding, content direction, and campaign planning.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Genuine passion for skincare and consumer lifestyle branding.
