2. The Herbal Shield: Use half a teaspoon of Methi Dana (Fenugreek) or Jamun Seed powder at Sehri to keep blood sugar stable.
3. Avoid the "Su***de Mission": Sugary drinks at Iftar/Sehri are extremely dangerous for diabetics. Avoid them at all costs!
