Job Overview:
ESTAKZ is immediately seeking full-time, highly skilled International Call Center Associates to join our fast-growing customer service department. This position reports directly to the Manager and is responsible for providing great customer service to our clients.NO SELLING REQUIRED!
Education & Experience Required:
You MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. Computer science is preferred.
You MUST have 2-3 years of experience in International call center seating.
You MUST know English very well. Confident in speaking, writing and reading.
You MUST be excellent with computers and Ms-Office with a typing speed of minimum 40 wpm.
You MUST be reliable with your own transportation.
You MUST be available to work Mon - Fri, 9pm - 6am, without any excuses.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide extraordinary customer service to our callers in the healthcare industry.
Perform errorless data entry duties within the assigned.
Performs clerical and related office tasks as assigned, such as maintaining records of work received and work performed.
Submit a daily status update at the end of the shift.
Monthly Salary Package:
Due to high inflation, we pay salaries in US Dollars. Our average employee earns a base monthly salary between $250 and $400.
There are huge opportunities to make commissions and incentives in this job.
