🌙 سوتے میں جھٹکے لگنے کی ممکنہ وجوہات:

1. Hypnic Jerks (نیند کے آغاز میں جھٹکے):

یہ عام جھٹکے ہوتے ہیں جب انسان نیند میں جانے لگتا ہے۔

اکثر یہ جسم کی تھکن، ذہنی دباؤ، کیفین (چائے، کافی)، یا نیند کی کمی کی وجہ سے ہوتے ہیں۔
