Hamdard Zindagi is an initiative of HAMDARD Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan. It is all about the Life, health, maintenance, education, and wellbeing of one’s self.

Through this forum, we intend to reach out and enlighten our younger generation as well. It will promote Hukma, Hamdard Matab, and Medicine and will work towards explaining to the masses about general ailments, symptoms, the importance and effectiveness of Herbal and Unani Medicine. Hamdard Zindagi promotes the concept of Hikmat as a virtue of life. Hikmat is a concept narrated in our holy scriptures with lots of great meanings and associations. Hamdard understands its own responsibility to spread this word and inculcate the concept of Hikmah in everyone's life. Hamdard Zindagi is a platform that will attract Hukma, students, and the general public through webinars and online sessions by renowned Unani Medicine researchers and practitioners. This will help to promote Hamdard’s vision for a healthy Pakistan.
