The ideal candidate will have 3 – 4 years of experience in telesales and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential business clients across Canada, promoting our products and services.
· Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business relationships, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
· Engage with key decision-makers in various industries, presenting tailored solutions based on their business needs.
· Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Negotiate and close sales contracts via phone, email and chat providing clear terms and addressing any client concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales management, team building, and B2B product promotion within the field. Candidates with diverse backgrounds, notably from the pharmaceutical industry, are strongly encouraged to submit their applications.

Responsibilities:
· Establish and cultivate a sales team from scratch dedicated to fostering product awareness and generating business.
· Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team to ensure the attainment of individual and collective sales objectives. Offer continuous training and support to enhance their capabilities.
· Undertake comprehensive market analyses to discern trends, comprehend customer requirements, and evaluate the competitive landscape.
· Devise well-defined performance metrics and regularly assess team performance in relation to established sales targets.
· Compile periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for the edification of senior management.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Pinnacle is looking for an SEO Executive with a minimum of 4 years prior experience, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the search engine ranking and online visibility of the company’s services.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities.
· Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content, Meta tags, and headings.
· Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings.
· Monitor and improve website performance, including site speed and mobile optimization.
· Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
· Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO efforts.
· Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
· Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
· Identify and recommend opportunities for website content improvements and expansion.
· Keep up-to-date with best practices in SEO and share knowledge with the team.
· Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues as they arise.

Technical Skills:

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
· 4 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an executive role.
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
