Karachi Institute of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences (KINAHS), in collaboration with the Pakistan Life Savers Programme (PLSP), successfully conducted a comprehensive Basic Life Support (BLS) training session for BSN, CMW, and CNA students.

The training emphasized essential life-saving techniques such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, and emergency response protocols. This initiative plays a crucial role in enhancing the competence and preparedness of our future healthcare professionals.

Our GBScN Batch I (4th Year) successfully held a two-day Community Gala & Free Medical Camp, providing essential healthcare services, as part of the CHN-III course.
The camp focused on diagnosing and managing diarrhea, fever, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and nutritional deficiencies.
Patients received free check-ups, medications, oral rehydration
solutions (ORS), and fresh fruits to support their health.
This initiative showcased the students' dedication to community welfare and accessible healthcare.

KINAHS faculty and midwifery students participated in the 15 SIRM fertility conference 2025 on the occasion of 17th anniversary of sindh institute of reproductive medicine, the event provided valuable insights into maternal care, equipping students with essential skills to ensure safe pregnancies and childbirth.

Our faculty member, Ms. Inara Rahim, presented on "Reproductive
Health and Family Planning Educations," highlighting the importance of maternal well-being and community awareness. This experience enriched our students' knowledge, reinforcing their role in safeguarding maternal and neonatal health.
