AIMS :
* To ensure basic health and education facilities are available to people primarily belonging to low income groups.
* To provide all essential medicines free of cost.
* To improve healthcare and education services across the country.
* To treat patients afflicted with Alzheimer.
* To increase awareness about health of infants & mothers, as well as family planning.
* To support reforms in the healthcare system of the country in general ans Sindh province in particular.
* To develop network of schools providing primary education in the country in general and Sindh province in particular.
* To foster partnership among organizations belonging to the heath and education sectors.
* To coordinate with groups/people interested in promotion of health and education.
* To provide awareness about care & prevention from major diseases. SERVICES :
*Setting up medical camps and arranging vaccination programs.
* Regular health monitoring of the youth by regularly arranging health awareness programs in schools.
* Arranging health and education related seminars at district and provincial levels.
* Distributing essential medicines free of cost.
* Supporting and providing resources to different groups/organizations interested in setting up schools.
* Setting up schools in under-privileges and rural ares.
* Setting up Camps & Providing relief to the disaster affected People. SUCCESSES :
We believe in taking healthcare to the door steps of the people belonging to the rural and urban areas initially of the Sindh province, and later to other regions of Pakistan. In this respect, we have been setting-up medical camps in far-flung areas of Karachi including Gadap Town, Korangi Town, Mahmoodabad No. 6, Lyari, Orangi Town, Khokarapar, Malir Town, etc. Each medical camp lasted for about 5-6 days where people of the experienced and highly considerate physicians. Recently we also setup another free medical camp in North Karachi where people living in the surrounding areas were provided free treatment along with medicines and diagnostic tests at discount rates. We recently setup a Camp for the Flood-affected People living in the interior of Sindh & dispatched a truck filled with essential goods & items for Flood Victims of the Sanghar area. NAI UMEED has also diagnosed a few cases of Alzheimer through standard clinic methods combined with physical and neuropsychological testing. Through early diagnoses, we have also greatly facilities the recovery of patients and enabled the to lead a quality life. Philanthropist individuals and companies in the corporate sector can support our endeavors to improve the lives of the underprivileged people through their generous donations either through cash or kind. We have a very transparent process, and we invite all our donors to keep a track of our activities and see for themselves where their donations are being spent. We would appreciate if it's a long-lasting association for the sustenance of our projects and enable us to create a real difference. Individuals can also volunteers their services for our different health and education projectd that we launch on a regular basis.
