Tips:
1- Use oil to make the hair grow and be shiny. Massage the oil into your scalp one hour before showering and then wash it out.
2- Bring a small travel comb in your backpack for school/work etc. Discreetly you can head of to the bathroom and give your hair a quick comb after your hat attack!
3- Adding conditioner at the last minute and then briefly washing it off leaves excess conditioner on your hair for smoother, richer results during your shower.
4- After conditioning your hair, let it sit for about five minutes and then wash off with cool or cold water.

Warnings:
1- Don't brush too hard, this produces more split ends and headaches. (Also gives you sore arms if you have long hair!)
2- Try not to use too much shampoo or conditioner, this only dries out your hair even more.
3- When washing out your last minute conditioner, do it briefly, make sure you wash it well enough so only a tiny amount stays on your head, if you don't, then you will end up with knots and dry conditioner clumps, also your hair will get stiff!

Tips for eating Healthy:
1-Eat before you shop so you can focus on your grocery list without having any unnecessary cravings.
2-With labels such as "fat free" or "sugar free" there are more chemicals. Most of the time, the simpler the ingredients list, the healthier the food is. For example, juicing your own orange juice is always healthier than store bought orange juice, even if its labeled fat free. If you make juice at home, you know exactly what is in the juice and not relying on a label to be truthful.
3-Cravings for junk food usually stop after about 2 weeks of eating healthy.

Tips for staying Healthy:

1-Make an attempt to walk to work or school if it is not too far away. You can do this every day or just twice a week.
2-Read books about healthy living; do anything that keeps you motivated!
3-Try to minimize your intake of unhealthy fast foods. These have lots of salt, and other unhealthy ingredients.
4-Brush your teeth after you eat. This will prevent tooth decay.
5-Floss at least once a day. Flossing keeps you healthy by protecting your gums from gum disease.*Focus on how you feel, not how you look.
6-Also believing in yourself can make you both mentally and physically healthy.
7-Walk or bike around the neighborhood or take your dog for a walk. If you can't do either of these, do some exercises inside the house like jumping jacks, cartwheels or handstands.
8-Brush your teeth in the morning and night time, this will give you healthy teeth and gums.
9-Exercise at least 30 minutes, because it can be good for your hair and nails.
10-Avoid brushing your teeth after consuming foods that are acidic. -Foods containing citric acid weaken tooth enamel, and brushing your teeth 20-30 minutes after consuming these types of foods will damage your teeth while they are vulnerable.
