Empowering the next generation of healthcare providers! 🩺

I spent an incredible day at the Liaquat Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Thatta, for their symposium on Thyroid Disorders. It was a wonderful opportunity to share my insights on endocrine dysfunction during Thyroid Awareness Month.

Being in the presence of such distinguished colleagues from Karachi was a true highlight, and the students/audience made the session even better with their curiosity and engagement.

Huge thanks to Principal Dr. Sarwar and Dr. Sughra (Head of Surgery) for the warm hospitality and the invitation. Looking forward to more such academic collaborations!

It was an honour to be invited as a speaker and panelist at the pre-symposium workshop on thyroid, arranged by the Department of Surgery Unit 2
The audience was highly attentive and inquisitive, making the session truly engaging. It was wonderful to hear the insights of the seasoned thyroid surgeon Dr. Nasim Baloch. The ATA guidelines were clearly and effectively explained by Dr. Javed from KIRAN Hospital, while Dr. Shazia Shoukat did an excellent job discussing thyroid ultrasound and CTC imaging.
The case-based panel discussion was particularly interesting and interactive. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience for everyone involved.
