A 58-year-old female patient came to my clinic with complaints of dysphagia for solids and liquids with weight loss (Hx of naswar addiction for last 17years)
Upper GI endoscopy releaved narrowing of distal esophagus with proximal dilated esophagus and candidia infection.
Dx Pseudo achalsia secondary to gastric malignancy

A 61-year-old female patient came to my OPD with complaints of chronic diarrhea, per re**al bleed, anemia and weight loss.
Colonoscopy revealed mass in colon. Biospies taken and sent for histopath examination.
