🧾 کوٹیشن جمع کروانے کے اصول:
• کوٹیشن دینے سے پہلے ہر تقاضے کو غور سے پڑھیں۔
• ای میل کے سبجیکٹ میں آئٹم کا نام واضح طور پر درج کریں۔
• باقاعدہ کوٹیشنز اس ای میل پر بھیجیں: 📧 procurement.health@alkhidmat.com
🚫 سیلز ٹیکس سے استثنیٰ:
• الخدمت کے اسپتال سیکشن 166، چھٹے شیڈول کے تحت سیلز ٹیکس سے مستثنیٰ ہیں۔
• براہ کرم اپنی کوٹیشن میں سیلز ٹیکس شامل نہ کریں۔
• انکم ٹیکس کے لیے ہم قانون کے مطابق واجب الادا ودہولڈنگ ٹیکس کاٹیں گے۔
• اگر درآمد کے مرحلے پر ٹیکس ادا کیا گیا ہو تو GD کی کاپی اور حلف نامہ جمع کروائیں۔
🚚 ڈیلیوری کی ہدایات:
• بروقت اور مکمل ڈیلیوری کو یقینی بنائیں۔
• ڈیلیوری چالان پر PO/WO نمبر درج کریں۔
