Liaquat College of Medicine and Dentistry has been established by Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial College of Dentistry & Health Sciences Trust in memory of Shaheed-e-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan, trusted lieutenant of the father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. This great freedom fighter sacrificed his life for the people of his nation. The trust is committed to make this college a living and befitting monument of a selfless and truly an honest leader of our country. Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry (LCMD) was established in the year 2000 by the name of Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial College of Dentistry and Health Sciences Trust in the memory of Shaheed-e-Millat Khan Liaquat Ali Khan, Trusted Lieutenant of the father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. It is duly recognized by the PM&DC and Affiliated with one of the largest Seat of learning of the country, the University of Karachi. By the Grace of almighty Allah, Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry is now in the 10th Year of its establishment and over the years it has evolved as a centre of excellence in various disciplines of medical and dental sciences. LCMD is not a destination but a road to destination, a relay station which moulds the students and transforms then into young highly professionally skilled and competent graduates, and is also preparing young doctors to practice with utmost professionalism in their future career. This will not only be their source of income but will also serve to elevate their spiritual self to be used for the benefit of the suffering humanity.

With fierce determination, he championed the establishment of Pakistan Air Force in 1947, a bold testament to his visionary leadership and an indelible mark on our national identity.

"A country without a strong Air Force is at the mercy of any aggressor. Pakistan must build up her Air Force as quickly as possible. It must be an efficient Air Force, SECOND TO NONE," Jinnah remarked on 13th April, 1948 at Risalpur Academy.

Today, Pakistan Air Force stands as a proud embodiment of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s vision and the indomitable spirit of Pakistan. With its head held high, PAF soars with purpose and determination.
