I’m honored to have been a speaker at the recent Health Camp & Breast Cancer Awareness Session hosted by ILMA University in collaboration with Dr. Essa Laboratory on October 22, 2025. My session focused on Ergonomics & Healthy Living, sharing practical physiotherapy tips on posture, physical activity, and balanced routines to promote well-being.
A special thanks to Dr. Farhan Essa, Dr. Toufeq Bhutto, Haris, and the Essa Lab team for their exceptional efforts in making this event a success. The program also featured insightful talks by Dr. Asma Tariq on breast cancer awareness and Ms. Ghilman Mobeen (Registered Dietitian) on nutrition, alongside free Bone Mineral Density (BMD) screenings by Dr. Faheem Rao’s team.
