One Year Under Criminal Detention by the Occupation

Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, has been detained and subjected to abuse. PIMA strongly condemns the targeting of doctors. Attacking healthcare workers is an attack on humanity.

We call on the international community to secure his release, disclose his condition, ensure his protection, and hold the occupation accountable.

تقریب تقسیم اسناد - پیما قرآن فہمی کورس2025
مورخہ 25 دسمبر 2025 بروز جمعرات پیما شعبہ دعوت و تربیت کے زیرِ اہتمام تقریبِ تقسیمِ اسناد برائے قرآن فہمی کورس 2025 اُمِّ شمس اکیڈمی میں منعقد ہوئی۔
تقریب کا آغاز تلاوتِ کلامِ پاک سے ہوا۔ پروگرام کے دوران ڈاکٹر محمد یوسف نے قرآن فہمی کورس کے اغراض و مقاصد اور اس کی اہمیت پر تفصیلی روشنی ڈالی۔
مقررین میں ڈاکٹر عمران غیور (موضوع: رسول اللہ ﷺ کا کارِ منصبی — قرآن کی نظر میں) اور مولانا عطاءالرحمن (موضوع: دین میں اعمال کی درجہ بندی ) شامل تھے، جنہوں نے سامعین کو فکری و عملی رہنمائی فراہم کی۔
تقریب میں قرآن فہمی کورس مکمل کرنے والے شرکاء میں اسناد تقسیم کی گئیں، جبکہ قرآن فہمی کے اساتذہ کو بھی ان کی خدمات کے اعتراف میں اسناد سے نوازا گیا۔
اس تقریب میں ڈاکٹر سید احمر حامد (صدر، پیما کراچی) اور پروفیسر عبداللہ متقی (صدر، پیما سندھ) نے شرکت کی۔اختتامی کلمات پروفیسر عبداللہ متقی نے پیش کیے۔
اس موقع پر قرآن فہمی کے تمام مراکز سے مرد و خواتین نے بھرپور شوق و جذبے کے ساتھ شرکت کی، جس سے تقریب نہایت کامیاب اور بامقصد ثابت ہوئی۔

PIMA expresses its deep sorrow and condolences on the passing of the respected mothers of Dr. Aziza Anjum (Former Central President, PIMA Women Branch) in Karachi, and Dr. Hafiz Habib ur Rehman (Former President, PIMA South Punjab) in Multan.

May Allah (SWT) grant the departed souls maghfirah, elevate their ranks in Jannah, and grant patience and strength to the bereaved families during this difficult time. Ameen

Prof. Mohammad Iqbal Khan, President of the Federation of Islamic Medical Associations (FIMA), delivering a video message on the occasion of dispatching an emergency medical aid consignment for the people of Palestine. The shipment includes 50 tons of essential medicines for for emergency and chronic illnesses, along with an additional 50 tons of tents, blankets, and jerry cans.

PIMA has dispatched a new consignment of emergency medical aid for the affected people of Palestine.
In collaboration with Alkhidmat, the 37th relief shipment was dispatched, carrying 50 tons of essential medicines for chronic illnesses, along with another 50 tons of tents, blankets, and jerry cans for displaced and affected families and children in Gaza. On this occasion, the Central President of the Federation of Islamic Medical Associations (FIMA), Prof. Mohammad Iqbal Khan, was also present. PIMA sincerely acknowledges the generous support of Pakistani doctors and reaffirms its strong commitment to continue providing sustained medical relief for the people of Gaza.
