What is Mental Health?

Mental health refers to how we think, feel, and behave. It's like our physical health, but for our mind.

Good mental health means:

- Feeling happy and content most of the time
- Being able to handle stress and challenges
- Having good relationships with others
- Being able to think clearly and make good decisions
- Feeling confident and self-assured

Poor mental health means:

- Feeling sad, anxious, or overwhelmed often
- Struggling to cope with daily life
- Having trouble sleeping or concentrating
- Feeling hopeless or helpless
- Having difficulty connecting with others

Just like our physical health, our mental health can change over time. We can take care of our mental health by:

- Talking to friends, family, or a therapist
- Practicing self-care (exercise, meditation, hobbies)
- Getting enough sleep and eating a healthy diet
- Finding healthy ways to manage stress and emotions

Remember, mental health is just as important as physical health!
