20 days old child brought by parents in OPD with complain of low back swelling since birth. The condition is called myelomeningocele. MRI was done. Patient was operated and remained stable post op with intact neurology and was discharged home.

38 years old female patient came with complains of low back pain radiating to right lower limb for last 8 months. MRI was done which showed disc bulge at the level of L5-S1. Her laminectomy and diskectomy was done. Post operatively her pain got improved and patient was discharged home.
