Happy, Healthy and Longer Living Tips:

1)See a Doctor and Health Consultant..

An Endocrinologist And Take Lab tests:

Check your Hormone levels 'Testesterone FSH and LH level's '...Insulin (C-peptide labels).. Vitamin D serum levels.. BMI check

A Cardiologist, BP check.

Other Specialists (Consultants and Surgeons) for Eye, Teeth, Bones ... Regular Health Checks... All those problems that you already surfer or have most probablity to suffer due to Genetics etc.

A General Physician, if ill and sick, even for regular flu..

A Pharmacist for your medication and supplement information

A dietitian: For setting up a diet routine for you

A really good Fitness Trainer or App .... Go get help in gym exercises. Avoid gym trainers who give you medications or supplements such as steriods as it is not their field of work and it may harm you.

Don't go for not fake hakeems and remedies ....

2) Eat a nutritious and balance diet...

Don't starve ...

Less sugary diets such as Raw sugar (brown sugar /Gur) /Diet Soda (if you crave sugary soda drinks)

Brown Breads, Whole Cereal diets, Keto diets, Packaged Fruit drinks… Sugary Drinks like Tang ...

are all fake and Fad and dangerous

Good Fats such as Regular butter such as NewTown or Desi 'Homemade'(avoid Margarine such as Blueband , it's actually unhealthy compared to ads which show them as healthy (), Nuts such as Almonds, Kajoo, Pistachios, Peanuts (In winter)... Fish oil, flax seed it Omega 369 supplemention (avoid daily, just so and then)

3) Get regular exercise. ...as little as 15 minutes walk.. 10 minutes HIIT cardio... 20-30minutes strenght and weight training

4)Limit alcohol intake and Smoking ... If you are addicted, slowly and gradually decrease...

5) Sleep well. ... 5-8-12 hours of sleep.. Everyone has different sleep requirements

6)Reduce stress...
Pray and Thank God..
Yoga and calesthenics ..
Think about other people who are more in problem than you..

7)Fast if you can... Religious or Intermittent Fasting

but don't starve and avoid if you have Type 1 diabetes or LADA and use insulin.

8)Take Certain supplements
9)Take Certain Medications
10)Take Herbal Supplements
11)Avoid Certain supplements /Herbs/Medications

12)Try to maintain Healthy and Stable weight

13) Groom yourself.

Have regular visits to Hairstylist.. Beard triming, Facial etc.

Buy clothes and shows it Tailor clothes that fits your physique

14)Socialize with Good People

15) Adopt a good Hobby such as Learning languages etc.
