Most people spend years trying to fix themselves — the anxiety, the self-sabotage, the relationships that keep falling apart, the version of themselves they can't seem to escape.
But you were never broken.
You were just shaped by experiences, by people, by systems that had nothing to do with who you actually are. And at some point, that shaping became your default setting.
The work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about recognizing the programming — and choosing, deliberately, to rewrite it.

I used to be the person everyone came to.

The one with advice. The calm one. The “strong” one.

And I wore that title like armor.

Because if I was helping you — I didn’t have to face what was breaking inside me.

I could name everyone else’s patterns.
But I couldn’t sit with my own silence for five minutes.

The turning point wasn’t a big moment.
It was a quiet one.

I looked in the mirror one day and realized:
I had become everyone’s safe place — except my own.

That’s when I stopped performing strength.
And started actually building it.
