Cooking Instructions
1. Cut chicken into pieces and marinate with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
4. Stir in chopped red and green peppers.
5. Mix corn flour with water and add to the pan; cook until thickened..
6. Stir in Thai sweet chili sauce and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve this with rice!
