Upper left lateral incisor restoration ✨
Patient came with a dislodged filling. Examination and X-rays revealed a root-treated tooth with a post and very limited remaining structure.
Since a crown was not possible, and after explaining all risks and prognosis, a conservative composite build-up was done to save the tooth.

Non Surgical Retreatment of already Re-Treated LR6.
Please note that the patient had already been councelled by the previous dentist to go for extraction, but he was not willing for it.
And yes, the intracanal medicament (Calcium Hydroxide) was kept for 3 weeks before finalizing it.
The case was referred to me, and I tried to save it. Rest in Allah's hands.
