Retainers- this is the most important part often overlooked at the beginning of treatment. Straightening your teeth is a huge commitment. Once your teeth are straightened retainers must be worn full time for a whole year, night time for the second year and then 2-3 nights a week long term or as long as you want to keep your teeth straight.
