The Young Doctors Association (YDA) JPMC,
led by Dr. Mehboob Noonari Chairman YDA Sindh ( President Human Rights Council Of Pakistan Sindh ), Dr Mehran Khan Shar Vice Chairman YDA Sindh, along with Dr. Ammar Danish President YDA JPMC, Dr. Muhammad Ali Spokesperson YDA JPMC, Dr Neel Kanth YDA NICH, Dr Dileep YDA Umerkot, Dr Abu Bakar Coordinator Health Committee Human Rights Council Of Pakistan Sindh, met with Dr. Saddam Saleh on his appointment as Assistant Director Medical JPMC.

The YDA JPMC team congratulates Dr. Saddam Saleh on his new role and appreciates the decision of Secretary Health Mr. Rehan Baloch and Executive Director JPMC Prof. Dr. Shahid Rasul in removing and transferring the corrupt and illegally appointed Surgeon as DDM at JPMC.

Furthermore, we demand a thorough inquiry into the corrupt practices alleged during the tenure of the removed Surgeon. We expect transparency and accountability in this matter.

ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن کی جانب سے قومی ادارہ برائے امراض اطفال میں ہسپتال میں کرپشن اور سہولیات کے فقدان کے خلاف احتجاج ؛
حکومت اور انتظامیہ صرف اپنی شاہ خرچیوں میں مصروف ہیں ،
ان لوگوں کو عوم کی مریضوں کی بالکل پرواہ نہیں ،
نہ ہسپتالوں می دوائیاں ہیں ، اسٹاف کی ڈاکٹرز کی کمی ہے ،
جو دوائیاں ہیں وہ بھی بیکار تھرڈ کلاس ،
ایکس رے مشین ، اے سی خراب ہیں ،
مریضوں کا کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں ،
جب ڈاکٹر ان مسائل کے حل کی بات کرتے ہیں تو
انتظامیہ کے بے حس لوگ مسائل حل کرنے کے بجائے ڈاکٹرز کو
بلیک میل کرتے ، نوکریوں سے ہٹانے کی دھمکی دیتے ہیں ،
ہم ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن جناح ہسپتال ، ان بے حس انتظامیہ کی بدتمیزی ، بلیک میلنگ ، اور غنڈاگردی کی سخت الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہیں ،
اور وائی ڈی اے این آئی سی ایچ کی مکمل حمایت کرتے ہیں
ڈاکٹر سناگر جنرل سیکرٹری وائی ڈی اے این آئی سی ایچ اور انکی بہادر ٹیم کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں جو بغیر کسی ذاتی لالچ کے،
صرف اور صرف مریضوں کے حقوق کے لیے اس گرمی میں احتجاج کرہے اور انتظامیہ کی آنکھوں میں آنکھیں ڈال کر کھڑے ہیں ۔

*YDA Congratulates Dr. Kamran Khan Sumalani on New Role as Incharge Chest Department JPMC*

Karachi, Dated 13-05-2025 – The Young Doctor's Association (YDA) JPMC congratulates Dr. Kamran Khan Sumalani on his appointment as Incharge of the Chest Department at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC). Known for his exceptional expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to patient care, Dr. Kamran is expected to bring positive changes to the department.

The YDA team, comprising Dr. Mehran Khan Shar (Vice Chairman YDA Sindh), Dr. Ammar Danish (President YDA JPMC), Dr. Muhammad Ali (Spokesperson YDA JPMC), and Dr. Abdul Aziz (Member YDA JPMC), extends heartfelt congratulations and wishes Dr. Kamran success in his new role.

آج مورخہ 24/4/2025 کو جناح ہسپتال کراچی مِیں او پی ڈی چلانے اور مریض دیکھنے والے ینگ ڈاکٹرز پر باہر کے گنڈوں اور کچھ جے ایس ایم یو کی فیکلٹی بھی شامل تھی نے تشدد کی ، جس کی ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن سخت الفاظ مِیں مذمت کرتی ہے ۔

سرکاری گروپ ایک انتظامی پوسٹ کو بچانے کے لیے بدمعاشی پر اتر آئے ہیں ، باہر سے کرائے کے غنڈے منگوا کر ڈیوٹی ڈاکٹرز پر حملہ کروایا ۔

چند روز پہلے جناح ہسپتال کے میڈیکل icu مِیں ہونے والے واقعے کا سیکریٹری ہیلتھ نے نوٹس لیا اور وائی ڈی اے کے تمام جائز مطالبات تسلیم کیے ۔

جناح ہسپتال کے سیکیورٹی انچارج ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر یاسین عمرانی کو نا اہلی کی بنیاد پر ٹرانسفر کیا گیا جس کے بعد سرکاری گروپ نے اس کی انتظامی پوسٹ کو بچانے کے لیے غریب مریضوں کی سروسز بند کرنے کی ناکام کوشش کی ۔ جناح کے ڈاکٹرز نے او پی ڈی اور سروسز بند کرنے سے صاف انکار کر دیا تو باہر سے بدمعاش منگوا کے ڈیوٹی کی دوران ڈاکٹرز پر تشدد کیا گیا ۔

سرکاری گروپ جھوٹی پروپیگنڈا کر رہی ہے کہ سندھ کے تمام ہسپتالوں کی سروسز بند ہیں ، جب کے کوئی بھی سروسز بند نہیں کی گئی ، تمام سروسز بحال ہیں ۔

سرکاری گروپ سول ہسپتال کراچی کے ڈی ایم ایس ڈاکٹر وارث جکھرانی نے ماسک پھن کر جناح ہسپتال کی سروسز بند کرنے کی کوشش کی اور باہر کے بدمعاشوں کو ڈاکٹرز پر تشدد کرنے کے احکامات جاری کیے جس کی ویڈیو بھی وائرل ہوئی ہے ۔

سندھ کے تمام ڈاکٹرز سندھو دریا پر کینال مخالف تحریک پر وکلا کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی مِیں ہے اور اپنے ہسپتالوں مِیں سیاہ پٹیاں باند کر کام کر رہے ہیں ، دوسرے طرف سرکاری گروپ ایک انتظامی پوسٹ بچانے کے لیے مریضوں کی سروسز بند کرنے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہے ہیں ۔

وائی ڈی اے جے پی ایم سی اور سندھ ، ڈاکٹر عذرا فضل پیچوہو منسٹر ہیلتھ اور ریحان اقبال بلوچ سیکرٹری ہیلتھ سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کے سرکاری گروپ کے شر پسند عناصر جن میں کچھ جے ایس ایم یو کی فیکلٹی بھی شامل تھی جو انتظامی عہدوں کی خاطر ہسپتال کا ماحول خراب کر رہے ہیں ، مریضوں کو تکلیف دے رہے ہیں اور ڈیوٹی پر موجود ڈاکٹرز پر تشدد کر رھے ہیں ، ان کے خلاف سخت قانونی اور ڈیپارٹمنٹل کروائی کی جائے ۔

وائی ڈی اے سندھ یہ واضح اعلان کرتی ہے کہ سندھ کا کوئی بھی ہسپتال بند نہیں ہوگا اور تمام ڈاکٹرز کینال مخالف تحریک مِیں سیاہ پٹیاں باند کے خدمات جاری رکھیں ۔

Patient care is our priority. We expect:

1. OPDs and OTs to be functional tomorrow
2. Security personnel to perform their duties effectively and Make sure safe environment for doctors
3. Doctors will work in wards, OTs, and OPDs

The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Sindh is taking a stand and staging peaceful protests across hospitals in Sindh to condemn the ruthless construction of canals on the Indus River and corporate farming at Cholistan Punjab.

The planned canals on the Indus River and the corporate farming will plunge Sindh into devastating droughts, food insecurity, malnutrition, a surge in infections, chronic diseases, and deaths.
This environmental catastrophe will not only rob the people of Sindh of their access to water but will also unleash a health crisis of monumental proportions.

As a part of the broader movement in Sindh, The young doctors and consultants at JPMC will observe a *black day and hold a token protest* tomorrow against these inhumane canals and coporate farming that threaten our environment, our health, and our future.
