Pregnant and confused about Skincare? Let’s simplify it.

Despite what social media says, only a few ingredients are strongly avoided in pregnancy:

🚫 Retinoids
🚫 Hydroquinone

Most topical skincare products have minimal absorption through the skin, which is why many ingredients are considered relatively safe.

Because skincare isn’t tested directly on pregnant patients, dermatologists rely on scientific data, pharmacology, and safety profiles to guide recommendations.

When in doubt, keep your routine simple, gentle, and physician-approved.

Ramadan isn’t ruining your skin.
Your habits are.

Eid glow is not a last-minute facial.
It’s 30 days of discipline.

If you’re:
• Skipping sunscreen
• Overloading sugar at iftar
• Sleeping at 2am
• Trying random products before Eid

…your skin will show it.

Ramadan is actually the best time to reset your barrier, calm inflammation, and plan safe glow treatments like HydraFacial ,PRP ,peels— if timed correctly.

Comment EID + your skin type.
I’ll guide you properly.

Glow isn’t booked.
It’s built.

Mole removal isn’t cosmetic guesswork.
It’s clinical decision-making.

Not every mole is harmless.
Not every mole needs laser.
And no mole should be removed without evaluation.

Examination first.
Precision second.
Aesthetic outcome always considered.

If it changes in shape, color, size, or behavior — it deserves attention.

Subtle doesn’t mean safe.

“The mole you ignore quietly is the one that changes quietly.”

Stop removing MOLES blindly.

Not every mole is “just cosmetic.”
Some need proper evaluation first.
And removing the wrong one’s blindly? That’s a mistake.

Before you book a removal, ask:

• Is this suspicious?
• What technique is being used?
• Will it leave a scar?
• Does it need histopathology?

Cheap procedures are expensive in the long run.
Technique matters. Assessment matters. Experience matters.

Not every mole is dangerous.
But every changing mole deserves attention.

If you’ve ever been confused about a mole, comment “CHECK” and I’ll guide you in Part 2.

Save this. You might need it later.

Sagging skin? Dull face? Not ready for fillers or surgery?”

Let’s talk about Radiofrequency (RF) — the treatment that tightens, lifts & stimulates collagen without needles or downtime ✨

Radiofrequency works by delivering controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin.
That heat stimulates your own collagen production — which means:

✔ Firmer skin
✔ Subtle lifting
✔ Improved jawline definition
✔ Reduced fine lines
✔ Better skin texture
✔ Glow that looks natural

No dramatic change.
Just healthier, tighter skin over time.

Perfect for:
• Early sagging
• Post-weight loss laxity
• Preventive anti-aging
• Bridal skin prep
• Patients scared of injectables

And the best part?
You walk out and go back to work the same day.

DM to know if you’re a good candidate.

On the day I stepped into dermatology, it wasn’t just a career choice; it was a commitment to growth, healing, and purpose. The journey in between was anything but easy — pressure, self-doubt, lost connections, new beginnings, and lessons that reshaped me in ways I didn’t expect.

Through it all, my mother stood as my strength — her prayers louder than my fears. My husband and in-laws became my support system, reminding me that I never had to walk this path alone. Their patience, encouragement, and faith carried me through the hardest days.

Standing here today as a dermatologist, I know this achievement was never mine alone. It belongs to every hand that held me steady, every heart that believed when I wavered.

I don’t know how far this profession will take me, but I do know this — I will give it everything I have.

This milestone is for my family, my backbone.
One journey ends here, and a more meaningful one begins 🤍
