Women have always been taught to take care of everyone around them...

In result, they forget to take care of themselves.

They are never their priority.

And hardly they get time for themselves..

As a coach and yoga trainer my goal is to create a space where women can be with themselves only..

Even if it's for a few minutes, half hour or an hour.

But, my goal is to give them those moments they never get while taking care of everything and everyone else around them.
