Prophet ﷺ was bleeding.
Alone. Rejected. Humiliated.

And yet —
He didn't suppress it.
He didn't perform strength.

He named His pain — honestly — to Allah.

That is emotional strength.
That is from His Seerah ﷺ

Whatever you are carrying right now —
You are allowed to name it.
Take it to Allah. Honestly. 🌿

What have you only whispered to Allah?

Prophet ﷺ feet were bleeding....
Alone....
Rejected by an Entire city.

This was the Prophet's ﷺ Hardest day.
The Day of Taif....

And what He ﷺ did next ?
Changed how We see pain forever.

Because He ﷺ did not suppress it.

He did not perform strength.
He did not blame anyone.

He ﷺ felt it.
Named it.
Took it straight to Allah.

And THAT — is emotional strength.
THAT — is from The Seerah of Prophet ﷺ.

Whatever your Taif moment is right now ?
The pain you are carrying alone...
The rejection that broke.... something in you,
The day that felt too hard...

You are allowed to name it.
You are allowed to feel it.
Take it to Allah — Honestly.

Save this as your reminder.
And tell me below —
What Is YOUR TAIF Moment? 👇

I thought I'tekaf would change my Ibadah
I didn’t expect it to change my mind.

Before I'tekaI felt overwhelmed — thinking about home, responsibilities, everything.

But in those 10 days, something shifted inside me.
I learned to pause… breathe… and respond instead of reacting.

I realized I don’t need big changes — just small, consistent steps.

✨ Don’t wait for the perfect time — start

✨ It’s okay to start messy

✨ There is no failure… only feedback

For the first time, I truly felt that happiness is not outside… it is within.

Reconnecting with Allah, reflecting on the Qur’an, and even reframing my thoughts brought a calm I didn’t expect.
Now the real question is…

How do we carry this feeling after Ramadan?
If you also struggle with overthinking or feeling mentally exhausted, you’re not alone 🌿

Which reflection stayed with you the most?

🌙 Entering Iʿikaf

As the last ten nights of Ramadan begin, I will be entering

During this time I will be stepping away from social media to focus on worship, Qur’an, reflection, and dua.

If you send a message during these days, I may not be able to respond until after Eid.

May Allah allow us all to benefit from these blessed nights, grant us the gift of Laylatul Qadr, and accept our efforts.

Please remember me in your dua🤍

💫 How NLP Changed My Ramadan

My Ramadan used to feel rushed.
Especially in the kitchen before iftar —
doing everything at once,
feeling irritation rise when something went wrong,
letting fatigue turn into frustration.

From the outside, everything looked normal.
Inside, I felt reactive.
I thought I needed more discipline.
What I actually needed… was awareness.

NLP taught me to notice my thoughts before reacting.
To catch emotions as they rise.
To pause before my tone shifts.

Now, if something goes wrong, I gently reframe it.
Instead of thinking,

“Everything is falling apart,”
I remind myself,
“This is just one moment.”
That small shift protects my peace.
Instead of overwhelming myself,
I’m choosing smaller, consistent steps -
in my prayers,
my ibadah,
my time with the Qur’an.

This Ramadan feels less pressured.
Less reactive.
More intentional.
More conscious.

And that has changed everything. ✨
Small inner shifts create meaningful change.

Do you think we need more discipline… or more awareness?

Ramadan reflection 🌙
Fasting can sometimes make emotions feel closer to the surface —
fatigue, irritation, impatience.

A timeless Prophetic reminder:
“The strong person is not the one who overpowers others,
but the one who controls themselves when angry.”

Perhaps Ramadan is also a training in inner strength.
