Public Health Nutritionist
The aim of Nutrition, fitness and health is to provide nutritional facts and healthy lifestyle approach on the basis of published journals, articles, and researched topics authorized by NICE, NHS UK, Association of Nutrition UK, World Health Organization (WHO), British Nutrition Foundation, British Dietetic Association (BDA) and many more. The information is based on my education, knowledge and skills which I have got during MSc in Nutrition with Public Health management at Sheffield Hallam University, UK and also from my past clinical experience during BS in Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy at DOW hospital and university. We also provide links with each information so that you can source the information directly, if you want. The objective is to provide awareness and knowledge to every age group regarding food science and its benefits in replacement of medicines and other drug supplements that are commonly use to improve health now a days.
